Using the 3D
template, each student should practice today's topics.
Option 1: Create an AutoCAD solid model of
your dorm room (or a room in your apartment or Greek residence).
Option 2: Create an AutoCAD solid
model of the object provided by your software instructor.
Use a
ruler or tape measure to characterize the object(s), but do not draw
dimensions on the model.
Be creative!
Both a hardcopy
and a softcopy of the drawing should be submitted to your software
instructor at (or before) the beginning of the next software lecture.

Print your drawing such
that all of the features are clearly visible.
Edit (ddedit) your name, section letter,
and seat number in the template's title block.
softcopy
Save your file as
LASTNAME_FIRSTNAME_ACAD1.DWG.
Upload your file in the Assignments
section of Blackboard.
Please be warned that using someone else's
drawing is considered cheating and will be
handled according to the Conduct of Students section of the Student
Academic Regulations.
