LT Scale is a tool for
adjusting the Hidden and Center line dashes. LT is an abbreviation for
LineType. To start the command, type "ltscale" into the command line.
This is what the default
line type looks like. The default LT Scale value is 1
This is with an LT Scale
setting of 2. Each of the dashes is twice as long as the default value.
Notice how the Center line appears as a solid line now. Since it is
supposed to be a broken line, this is a bad LT Scale for this drawing.
This is with an LT Scale
setting of 0.5. Each of the dashes is half as long as the default value.
Now the Center line is broken in three separate instances, as opposed to
one time in the default setting.
