Box nails low-carbon steel wire flat head plain shank diamond point bright finish 3. Sinker nails low-carbon steel wire countersunk head plain shank diamond point bright finish 4. Threaded hardened-steel nails high-carbon steel wire, heat-treated, tempered - greater shear capacity flat head annular or helical shank - good for variable MC (withdrawal capacity) diamond point bright finish
