size, upper level classes are small, and you will receive a great deal

Solutions to the problems in the classic book Special Functions by Earl D. Rainville. Sylvester J. Pagano, long-time UMR/S&T mathematics professor, who spent four summers at Michigan where he got to know Rainville, wrote up solutions to about 85% of the problems in Rainville's book back in the 1950s and 1960s. Tom Cuchta is converting the solutions to electronic format, and I am supplying the missing solutions. We are nearing completion of this project.
