Curvilinear Motion
In plane motion, it is often useful to apply Netwon's second law in a variety of coordinate systems, depending on the particular problem at hand. We can use the law in vector form,
or we can skip directly to component form.
Generally, we will try to choose the coordinate system that allows us to integrate with the most ease.
