Online Courses and Telecourses Requirement
An examination will be taken in person during the 8th week of instruction
at one of the
Park College sites around the country or at an alternative location
approved by the
college where Park College sites are not available. It will be the
responsibility of the
student to arrange for a proctor who will be accepted and approved by the
instructor. Park
College site administrators or adjunct faculty are preferred, but K-12
school officials or
senior personnel at the place of employment are usually acceptable. For
these proctored
examinations, photo identification is required. A proctor information
form will be
provided.
1. This needs to be a significant exam.
2. Approved proctors shall include pastors, librarians, guidance
counselors, chaplains,
U.S. Embassy officials, military education officers, any college or
university faculty
member or administrator. Excluded from approval as proctors shall be
family members,
neighbors, friends, and immediate supervisors.
3. This requirement shall be included in the syllabus as part of the
course requirements.
