The Chemistry/Chemical Engineering building serves as a backdrop
for a photo showing the high transparency of composite made from
polychlorotrifluoroethylene (PCTFE) and reinforced with
fluorophosphate glass fibers. If you are familiar with teflon(tm)
you can think of PCTFE as a transparent alternative to teflon.
