2) Write all data collected in laboratory on your data sheet in pen and have your T.A. initial the data sheet before you leave lab. If you make a mistake, put a single line through it and write the new answer close by. No white-out should be used, points will be deducted if you do.

3)Print the post-lab from www.umr.edu/~tbone sometime during the week that you have lab. If you print it out before that week, it will not have been updated from last year (check the date on the paper).

4) Write a short discussion on any errors that may have occurred in your experiment, and how they affected your results. One paragraph is enough, and typed discussions are preferred over hand-written ones.
(This portion is up to your T.A., ask them if they want you to do this.)

5)Show a sample calculation for every calculation that you are required to do in the laboratory report.

6)Staple all of these pages together and put your name on the front page. Please put the post-lab in the back of your report, not as the front page. The post-lab is worth 5 points, make sure you do the right one from the web page.

7) Turn in the completed laboratory report before the pre-lab quiz is handed out in lecture. Once the T.A.'s leave the room at the end of the quiz, any lab not yet handed in is considered late. There is a 20% penalty per week for late labs.

8)Make certain that you have placed your report in the appropriate pile. The piles are labeled by section and T.A.'s name.
