The fire system has a standard detection system with alert devices.
There are two vertical standpipes in the building that run all
the way up to the third floor, located in the stair towers. On
each floor in each staircase the pipes are connected to fire hose
units. The building contains a wet sprinkler system, which means
that water is readily available in the pipes in case of a fire.
Next to the stairwell are fire rated walls, and
the emergency exits are clearly labeled at the two staircases.
