Dynamic Median Calculation on Multiple User Locations

Meeting several individuals in a central location involves several changing variables such as traffic, location, and time constraints. Our goal is to develop an algorithm along with a rewards and penalty system that allows for a central location to be determined that is as close to optimal for all users allowing them to meet all of their constraints.
