Collections
Most special collections materials are restricted to in-library use only. An exception is items in the Steinmetz CD collection. CDs in the Steinmetz collection circulate for 2 weeks.
While they are not part of the library, the UMR Archives (341-6954) collects documents specific to UMR history and the Western Historical Manuscripts Collection (341-4874) collects documents specific to southern Missouri.

Desk, (341-4008)
The Steinmetz Collection was donated to the UMR library in 2001 by Charles Steinmetz, Mechanical Engineering 1951. This collection consists of over 600 CDs of the finest recordings in the classical repertoire.
