Abstract
The purpose of this project is to discover eclipsing binaries consisting of low mass, cool, red stars. Prospective systems were selected from the "All Sky Automated Survey's" online catalog, and observations of these systems were done using Missouri State University's Baker Observatory. We have observed an almost completed light curve of one of these systems, ASAS 184010-0047.7, and believe it to be an M1 spectral type star. More observations of this star, as well as other prospective systems, will take place this summer.
