Abstract
A rolled-foil hollow cathode was fabricated for the Missouri S&T Aerospace Plasmas Lab. This paper details the fabrication and initial testing of this hollow cathode, developed to serve as an electron source for use with near-future Hall thruster experiments and be compatible with Ar, Kr, and Xe gases. Each component of the cathode is discussed as well as future plans for testing.
