Abstract
Abstract In order to understand the magnetic field properties of heavy gas plasma for a field-reversed configuration formation, a three-axis magnetic field probe array was designed and manufactured. To calibrate the probe a Helmholtz coil was also constructed to produce a constant magnetic filed.
